A Journey Within is a guided self-discovery experience designed to help you gain clarity and understanding by thinking more carefully, and more kindly, about your own life.
During the experience, you are guided through 10 carefully designed reflection exercises, grounded in psychology and philosophy. Each exercise offers a structured way to look at different areas of your life — such as work, joy, meaning, relationships, and inner tension — helping you notice patterns, clarify what matters, and uncover insights that are often hard to reach in everyday life.
You complete the reflections privately and at your own pace, writing your responses for yourself alone. My role as your guide is to introduce each exercise, explain its purpose, and help you understand how to interpret your own responses. I do not read, analyse, or comment on your individual answers.
This experience is designed for people who value privacy, agency, and self-direction — those who want time, space, and a thoughtful framework to help themselves think things through.
The experience takes place in a local café in Salthill, with part of the reflection continuing along the Salthill Promenade when weather permits.
A Journey Within offers a calm, supportive structure that empowers you to make sense of what’s going on internally, on your own terms, and to begin moving forward with greater clarity and confidence.
