These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MindSli Studio's website and services. By booking an experience or using our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

About Our Services

MindSli Studio is a self-discovery studio located in Galway, Ireland, offering the self-reflection experience through a number of exercises derived from the field of psychology. Our experiences are designed for personal reflection and self-exploration, for entertainment purposes.

Important Disclaimer

The MindSlí Self-Discovery Experience is designed for entertainment and reflection purposes only.

• This experience is NOT therapy, counselling, or professional psychological treatment

• It is NOT a substitute for professional mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment

• Some activities may stir emotions or evoke personal reflections

• If you feel any distress during or after your visit, please take care of yourself and consider reaching out to a psychologist, counsellor, or other support available to you

• By participating, you acknowledge your own responsibility for your experience and well-being

When NOT to Participate

Please do not participate if you are currently:

• Experiencing a mental health crisis

• In need of immediate psychological or psychiatric care

• Struggling with severe, untreated mental health conditions

If you are unsure whether this experience is appropriate for you, please consult with your healthcare provider before booking.

Booking and Payment

Reservations

• Bookings can be made through our website or by contacting us directly

• All bookings are subject to availability

• You will receive a confirmation email once your booking is confirmed

Payment

• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged

• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed during booking

• Prices are in Euro (€) and include applicable taxes

• Gift cards and vouchers may be purchased and are subject to their own terms

Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made 48+ hours before your scheduled time: Full refund

• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before: 50% refund

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: No refund

• No-shows: No refund

• To cancel, please contact us via email or phone

• Refunds will be processed within 5-14 business days

Changes to Bookings

• We will do our best to accommodate requests to change your booking time

• Changes are subject to availability

• Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to request changes

Age Requirements

Participants must be at least 16 years of age. Participants under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

Participant Agreement and Waiver

Upon arrival, all participants are required to sign a Participant Disclaimer acknowledging that:

• You understand this is an entertainment and reflection experience, not therapy

• You accept responsibility for your own emotional well-being

• You will seek professional support if needed

• You are participating voluntarily and at your own risk

Participation is not permitted without signing this disclaimer.

Experience Guidelines

Your Responsibilities

• Arrive on time for your scheduled session

• Complete and sign the required Participant Disclaimer before beginning

• Follow all instructions provided by our staff

• Treat our facilities, equipment, and staff with respect

• Not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs

• Inform us of any relevant medical or psychological conditions that might affect your participation

• Take care of your own emotional well-being during and after the experience

Our Commitment

• Provide a safe, clean, and welcoming environment

• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained

• Respect your privacy and confidentiality

• Provide clear guidance throughout your experience

• Respect your decision to pause or stop the experience at any time

Right to Stop

You have the right to pause or stop your experience at any time if you feel uncomfortable or distressed. Please inform our staff immediately. No refund will be provided for voluntarily stopping mid-experience.

Health and Safety

Medical Conditions

If you have any of the following conditions, please consult with a healthcare provider before participating:

• Severe anxiety, panic disorders, or PTSD

• Active trauma or grief that feels unmanageable

• Epilepsy or seizure disorders

• Any condition that might be adversely affected by interactive psychological content or emotional stimulation

Please inform us of any concerns when booking or upon arrival.

Liability and Disclaimers

Assumption of Risk

By participating, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Self-discovery experiences may evoke emotional responses, memories, or feelings

• You are participating voluntarily

• You are responsible for your own emotional and psychological well-being

• You will seek appropriate professional support if needed

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law:

• MindSlí Studio is not liable for any emotional distress, psychological impact, or mental health effects resulting from participation

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or psychological damages

• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for your booking

• We are not liable for personal property loss or damage

Intellectual Property

All content on our website and within our experiences, including text, graphics, logos, images, station designs, prompts, and software, is the property of MindSlí Studio and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, copy, or redistribute our content without permission

• Record, photograph, or film within our studio without explicit written permission

• Share or publish station prompts, questions, or content from the experience

• Use our materials for commercial purposes

Photography and Media

We may take photographs or videos of our facilities (not including participants) for promotional purposes. If you wish to take photos within the space, please ask staff for permission first.

Privacy and Confidentiality

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We respect the personal and private nature of self-discovery work:

• We do not record or monitor your responses during the experience

• Your participation details remain confidential

• Staff will not discuss your experience with others without your consent

Code of Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove participants who:

• Behave inappropriately or disruptively

• Harass or threaten staff or other participants

• Damage property

• Violate these Terms

• Appear to be under the influence of substances

• Pose a safety risk to themselves or others

No refund will be provided in such cases.

Changes to Services

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue any aspect of our services or stations

• Change our operating hours

• Update pricing (existing bookings will honor the original price)

• Update safety protocols and requirements

Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, pandemics, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule your experience or provide a refund.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
