Emotionally Intelligent Office is a guided reflection experience designed to help teams build greater emotional awareness and a deeper understanding of how they work together.
The experience combines private reflection with optional, facilitated group discussion. Team members begin by working through 10 structured reflection exercises individually, writing their responses privately and at their own pace. These reflections invite participants to consider how emotions show up at work — in communication, collaboration, pressure, boundaries, and everyday interactions.
Following the individual reflections, the group is invited into a guided discussion, where participants may share only what they feel comfortable sharing. The focus is not on personal disclosure, but on noticing patterns, perspectives, and dynamics that help teams understand one another better and work more thoughtfully together.
My role is to guide the process — introducing each reflection, explaining its purpose, and holding a safe structure for both individual thinking and group conversation. I do not read or analyse anyone’s written responses, and participation in discussion is always voluntary.
This is not therapy, coaching, or performance training. Instead, it offers teams a psychologically grounded, low-pressure way to reflect together, supporting empathy, clarity, and healthier team dynamics.
The experience takes place on site at the team’s workplace, and can also be integrated into team days, away days, or learning events.
