Meaning & Purpose is a guided reflection designed to help you explore what gives your life direction, significance, and a sense of meaning at this point in time.
Through 10 structured reflection exercises, you are invited to step back from everyday demands and look more carefully at what matters to you — your values, motivations, sources of fulfilment, and the gaps between how you live and what feels meaningful. The reflections help bring clarity to questions that are often felt but rarely examined.
You complete the exercises privately and at your own pace, writing your responses for yourself alone. My role is to guide you through each reflection, explain its purpose, and help you understand how to work with the insights that emerge. I do not read or analyse your individual answers. This is not therapy or counselling, but a structured space for thoughtful self-exploration.
The session takes place in a Salthill café, with part of the reflection continuing along the Salthill Promenade when weather permits.
