Understanding Anxiety is a guided reflection designed to help you make sense of anxiety — how it shows up for you, what tends to trigger it, and what it may be trying to signal beneath the surface.
During the experience, you are guided through 10 short, structured reflection exercises grounded in psychology. The exercises help you observe patterns in your thoughts, reactions, and behaviours, and gently explore the role anxiety plays in your everyday life.
You write your responses privately and at your own pace. I guide you through each reflection, explain its purpose, and help you understand how to work with the insights that arise, without reading or analysing your personal answers. This experience offers a structured space for people who want to understand themselves better while keeping their reflections private.
The experience takes place in a Salthill café, with part of the reflection continuing along the Salthill Promenade when weather permits.
This guided reflection is suited to solo participants, and can also be experienced with a partner or friend who wants to reflect side by side without pressure to share.
